A Visual IP Asset Executive Information System Tool
Actualize is a customized executive dashboard that uses sophisticated graphics to provide both clear overviews and detailed "drill-downs" to present the status of an organization's IP Assets. The "Risk-Value Graph" is an example of one such graphic.
In the Risk-Value Graph, the size (radius) of the circle indicates the quantity of IP Assets that fall into the risk-value category, i.e., the box within which the circle appears. From the Risk-Value Graph, an executive can easily see at a glance how many IP Assets have a positive business value and how many have a negative business value. It is also self-evident from this graph how many IP Assets are high risk and how many are low risk. Further "drill-down" detail is available by clicking on any one of the circles.

In this drill-down example, the user has clicked on the blue "High Risk - Positive Value" circle. This action results in the "Detail By Division" graph being opened (as illustrated below).
This graph shows how the 198 IP Assets in the "High Risk - Positive Value" circle are distributed, both my number and percentage, between the organization's various divisions.
