Enhanced with metadata, to facilitate sophisticated retrieval and reporting, our IP Repository contains IP information stored both in database format and safely within Keneisys Virtual StrongBox™ protected files.
Information Retrieval and Reporting
Using Actualize™, Vortex's unique executive dashboard, as well as more typical reporting techniques, executives can quickly and easily find information about individual IP assets, and more important, can see overall patterns, trends, and areas that may require urgent intervention. Supported by Vortex's proprietary search engine and rule-based workflow, executives can now be in control of an organization's IP assets as never before possible.
