Mr. Sibayan is the founder of Vortex Intellectual Property Solutions, Inc. He brings years of Silicon Valley success, of most notably as one of the co-founders of one of Silicon Valley's most successful start-up companies - Exodus Communications, Inc. After Exodus' early success and subsequent IPO, Mr. Sibayan has been instrumental and successful in advising, developing and nurturing early stage start-up companies. Mr. Sibayan has occupied several board positions, chairmanships and has held positions as the President and Chief Executive Officer of several technology companies such as; VSL Networks, Inc. and Sierra VisionLaunch, Inc and others. Mr. Sibayan has a distinguished military background, having served in the United States Marine Corp and holds a B.S. degree from San Jose State University.

Mr. Ferguson brings years of experience in technology industries to Vortex. He was active in the management of companies during the transitions of the mainframe-to-personal-computer revolution. As the desktop software market segment emerged, he entered the software industry and led marketing and sales in market-leading companies. Mr. Ferguson was also instrumental in the formation of the first industry association which evolved to the Software Publishers Association. Later, at Semaphore and Certicom, he participated in the pioneering market segments of information security software and security appliances. In the late 1990's he led marketing and sales for a Compaq subsidiary, then led security service provider, Imperito, from prototype to FCS. Throughout his career, Mr. Ferguson has been a business development innovator and has managed many successful product and market introduction programs. He is a voting member of the Black Forest Group a global Information Technology (IT) consortium for standards and usage. He began his career at IBM. Mr. Ferguson holds a BSME from the University of Maine and an MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. Mr. Ferguson is also active in non-profit activities, heading NYSEF, a non-profit that supports the Mt. Rose Team Falcons skier development program, and serves as Volunteer Chairman of the Legends Reno Tahoe Open PGA TOUR tournament, held annually in Reno and also serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the LRTO Foundation.

Dr. Nemovicher, brings more than 35 years of leadership experience to the company, a period in which he has been actively involved in innovative Information Technology (IT) and Security systems. He is the creator of Keneisys Virtual StrongBox Technology, and, as a consultant to various financial services and software companies, has provided his expertise in Business Continuity Planning, Business Impact Analysis, and Cyber Risk Analysis. His experience includes: CEO of Keneisys Corp, CEO of VN Hermes, Inc., and CIO of ABB Turbocharger. In addition he has served in technology management positions at AT&T/Bell Labs, Israel Aircraft Industries, and NYNEX. Dr. Nemovicher has taught Software Engineering at Lafayette College, and is a veteran of the Israel Defense Forces. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. from Lehigh University, and a B.A. in Classical Liberal Arts from St. John's College (Annapolis MD).

Mr. Sanchez is the founder of Sanchez Creative Group. He and his creative team have been instrumental in establishing effective go-to-market strategies and creative for over twenty years. He believes that when vision and innovation are coupled with targeted relevant data and clear stategic goals, success is achievable. He has led award winning creative teams for both start ups and global Fortune 500 companies. Throughout his career Mr. Sanchez has worked directly with executive decision makers for national and international industry giants such as McKechnie Aerospace, RICOH, Infogrames, Newmont Mining, FOX Television, Harrah's Entertainment, Verity, Arcsoft Software, U.S. Army Depot, and U.S. Bureau of Land Management. Mr. Sanchez has played a key role in the development of fund raising programs for charities including Bristlecone Family Resources (substance abuse treatment) and Opportunity Village (Nevada's largest charity for the intellectually disabled). Mr. Sanchez also enjoys being a guest lecturer to senior level university marketing classes.

Mr. Nevarez has over 25 years of senior level management experience. He started his career in the healthcare field holding senior to executive level financial management positions at several profit and non-profit hospitals such as Whittier Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital, Queen of Angels Hospital and Martin Luther King Jr/L.A. County General Hospital. Mr Nevarez owned and operated a small independent restaurant in Monterey and has held multiple senior-level financial/operational positions in the Silicon Valley and the Reno/Tahoe region in technology, manufacturing, fulfillment, call center and service industries. The most notable were TopTier Software, Digital View and VSL Networks. Serveral of the companies where Alex worked were early stage start-up companies.

Mr. O'Brien is a highly accomplished business development executive with demonstrated achievements in directing lucrative, strategic alliances for extremely successful companies. Most recently, Mr. O'Brien was Vice President of Alliances for Totality Corporation, an e-business, professional services corporation that was acquired by Verizon Business. Mr. O'Brien played a key role in positioning the company for that acquisition. Prior to joining Totality Corporation, he was a Global Alliance Director with Exodus Communications, the market-leading Internet Professional Services Infrastructure firm, where he was instrumental in branding his company's name in the New York City market. Prior to Exodus, he was a Managing Director for Affiniti Group International. Mr. O'Brien holds a BS degree in Management Information Systems from Nyack College. He holds certifications from New York University in the fields of Systems Analysis and Design and in Systems Programming, and has guest lectured at the New York University Stern School of Business on topics ranging from Internet infrastructure to distributed computing.

Mr. Gupta brings over 14 years of extensive experience in enterprise software product development with a proven track record of applying strong combination of technical and management skills to translate marketing vision into successfully deployable products leveraging global resources. Sanjay has held key technical roles in both large companies such as PeopleSoft, Cisco and Vitra as well as in many fast paced start-ups. He was co-founder and CTO of minERP Inc. His technical expertise include rule-based systems, data integration and management, data security and server technologies. Sanjay received his Masters in Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, India and has a Bachelors in Engineering from Gorakhpur University, India.
